I review current reality, through the relevant assessment. This could include observation, verbal assessments, Strengthscope 360 profiling, KPI review, P&L insight, brand perception & people metrics.
I work in a variety of ways. I work with independent businesses reviewing remotely or in person their business; specifically referring to my Foundations Framework to help them get the right structure in place to be able to build and scale. This then may progress into a coaching programme to provide further support on behaviours, perceptions and blind spots.
With SME’s, this is often on site. Spending time with the team; observing, listening and gaining insights to feedback on key challenges or initiatives they want to address. This then forms part of the recommendations in a personal action plan to achieve organisational or leadership goals.
