Coaching is fast becoming the preferred and most effective leadership development tool. Research from The International Personnel Management Association (IPMA), underpins the benefits coaching provides. Their research suggests that ‘ordinary training’ typically increases productivity by 22%, while training combined with coaching increases productivity by 88%”.

My coaching primarily focuses on supporting leaders. Those who run businesses or are employed in a leadership role as well as up and coming talent moving into leadership roles.

Coaching is intended as a dialogue. When coaching, I work with you to make things happen. Even if I do have the answers, I give you the space to express concerns, challenges and feelings. The process and dialogue will allow you to determine your own answers and action steps, allowing you to not only solve immediate issues but also develop the capacity to keep improving.
