This is a bundle of 1:1 support providing a hybrid of coaching and mentoring. Great if you are a leader of an independent or small service based business with aspirations for growth and a desire to develop yourself as a leader of your business. I will help you structure your business model, reviewing your packages and offerings and surprise you with what you might be ready for in regards team support. We will unpick blind-spots and get you embracing your role as CEO. Working strategically; not just with a ‘doing’ mindset.
