An important part of working together is that I will help support you with your challenges and encourage you to push yourself forward to grow. If I, or anyone of my team should do or say anything that upsets you please do let us know. We want to provide you with the support you need and believe that honesty and trust is critical for our relationship to grow. We want this to be an open and safe place for you to come with confidence.

hard work and an open mind you can make life-changing strides in your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees and your success is dependent upon your efforts, so no guarantees are being made to your outcome/results.

User Public Forum Submission/Participation Policy and Terms:

This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client and fellow members within The Growth Academy share with the Coach and collectively as part of this group relationship, is bound to confidentiality. Any sharing or using of information or ideas without permission from the group and the individuals within it, will be treated as being in breach of contract.
The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. The Coach will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent.
Confidential information does not include information that: (a) was in the Coach’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Client; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Client’s industry; (c) is obtained by the Coach from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client; (d) is independently developed by the Coach without use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or (e) that the Coach is required by law to disclose.
