Great question – you’re right to be discerning about who you work with.
I’m an accredited executive and leadership coach, consultant and thought partner who works with
high-performing executives, senior directors and elite founders. My clients value my ability to
get to the root of what’s really going on (which is often not what they first thought), and my
creativity in helping them find practical solutions and new ways of thinking that inspire real
change.
I bring almost three decades of hands-on experience across executive-level strategic HR
partnering, operations and recruitment, as well as leading, setting up and developing my own
business and mentoring others to do the same. I know what “good” looks like in your people and
your business – and I understand the realities of delivering results in complex, fast-paced
environments.
I also know first-hand what it is to juggle a big life – running a home, raising two energetic
boys and a mad dog, navigating redundancy and moving through breast cancer. My clients tell me
this lived experience adds depth, perspective and humanity to our work together.
In our conversations you get a combination of warmth and straight talking: I’m grounded,
optimistic, down to earth and honest – and I won’t shy away from asking the questions that need
to be asked. If you’re looking for a trusted, accredited coach and confidante who can help you
see yourself clearly, think differently and take meaningful action, we’re likely to be a good
fit.
The coaching and consulting industry is huge. You’ll find people charging £50 for a session and
others charging £10,000+.
Before you look at price, I’d really encourage you to look first at compatibility and alignment
with your own values.
• Look for someone who has experience helping with the kind of challenges you’re facing. • Look
for someone you feel you could genuinely work with and be honest with. • Stalk them a little –
read their content, look for social proof and testimonials. • THEN get clear on how big yourproblem or opportunity is and how much you’re willing to invest to address it.
In terms of my fees (as a guide):
• One-off executive coaching session: from £500 • Ongoing 1:1 retainer: from £700 per month •
Six-month executive coaching packages: from £6,000
For organisationally sponsored work (e.g. multiple leaders, team programmes, bespoke
interventions), fees are scoped based on your specific needs, scale and outcomes.
I take great pride in the fact that the vast majority of my clients recommend my services. Many
continue to work with me over time or come back when they reach their next pivotal moment and
want a trusted thinking partner alongside them again.
I like to keep things simple.
1. Start with the enquiry form. The easiest way to begin is to complete the short enquiry form
on my Work With Me page. Share a little about who you are (employed executive or founder), your
role or business, and what you’d most like support with right now.
2. I’ll review and respond. I personally review each enquiry. If I believe I can genuinely
help, either I or someone in my team will be in touch with next steps and a suggestion for an
initial conversation. If I’m not the right person, I’ll let you know and, where possible, point
you in a more suitable direction.
3. Chemistry call. We’ll then have a chemistry call to explore your goals, your context and
what you’re looking for in a coach. This is a chance for both of us to see whether we’re a good
fit and to ask any questions you may have.
4. Proposal and agreement. If we decide to work together, I’ll outline a proposed approach (for
example, a six-month package or retainer), including structure, focus areas and fees. Once
we’re agreed, we’ll get dates in the diary and begin.
If you have a quick question before you complete the form, you’re very welcome to check the
FAQs or get in touch via the contact details on the site.
My coaching process is structured but tailored – the steps are consistent, the content is
shaped around you.
1. Initial conversation We start with a no-obligation chemistry call to understand your
context, what you’re looking for, and whether we’re the right fit for each other.
2. Clarity and contracting If we decide to work together, we’ll clarify your goals, the
outcomes you want and any organisational objectives that need to be factored in. We’ll agree
the structure of our work (frequency, duration, length of engagement) and how we’ll measure
progress.
3. Three-way alignment (for organisationally sponsored coaching) When your organisation is
investing in coaching for you, I build in a 3-way conversation between you, your line manager
and me at the start, middle and end of the engagement. I facilitate these conversations to
ensure alignment on goals, expectations, support and success measures – and to create genuine
buy-in from all sides. This has been a powerful part of my work with clients and their
companies, often surfacing the real issues and unlocking better ongoing dialogue between you
and your manager.
4. Coaching sessions Our sessions are a mix of deep thinking time, challenge and practicalaction. We’ll work on what’s most live for you – high-stakes conversations, strategic
decisions, team dynamics, confidence, boundaries, self-leadership – always linking back to the
outcomes you set at the start. I’ll bring in tools and frameworks where useful (including
strengths work such as Strengthscope®), but our focus is always on what moves the needle for
you.
5. Review and next steps We’ll build in regular check-ins to review progress against your
goals. In organisational settings, this includes the 3-way review with your line manager to
ensure the impact of the coaching is visible and embedded. From there, we’ll decide together
what’s needed next – whether that’s closing the engagement, extending it, or shifting focus.
Throughout, my role is to be your trusted thinking partner – someone outside the politics of
your organisation who can help you see yourself clearly, think differently and take meaningful
action.
