This programme is for established business leaders with a history of great performance. It provides you a business partner to lean in on and act as your sounding board. Often successful and high achieving leaders in business miss this and knowing that they can speak freely about their ideas, challenges and work through solutions confidentially can be a game changer. It really doesn’t have to be lonely at the top of the tree.
It is your programme; you are in the driving seat and our sessions will focus in on the areas that matter most to you and impact your performance outcomes. Irrespective of your reason for seeking leadership style coaching, you will likely develop new insights, resources and tools to improve your performance & effectiveness in your leadership role. My focus is to ensure that your work is aligned with what deeply matters to you – your personal values, your strengths and your purpose – to enable you to fully leverage your strengths & bring your best self to your work and life to achieve the key result metrics that measure success.

This is an online programme via zoom. Included is the option of a one day face to face intensive session in Hertfordshire for goal scoping. Plus the option for a shadow and observation half day as required onsite (travel included within M25.). If preference is face to face coaching sessions, we can discuss.
